How Do I Delete Users From Zoho One?
Although complete deletion of users from Zoho One is not possible, Zoho offers an effective alternative with the "deactivate" function. This function allows businesses to deactivate a user's license, effectively removing them from the system and making room for a new user to be added to the license.

To initiate the deactivation process, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the Zoho One main page.
