Yes, this application does offer a free tier. However, with this tier, businesses receive only one active job opening, five email templates, and a career site page. Upgrading to the £20/recruiter/month standard plan provides access to additional features, including ten active listings, tasks, social media posting, assessments, and standard reports, among others. Further upgrading allows businesses to access the enterprise tier at £40/recruiter/month. Is There A Limit To The Number Of Recruit Users?
There is no limit to the number of paid users a business can have, but there are restrictions on the number of free users they can have at any given time. To add a user to the system, log into an account with administrator privileges. Then, navigate to "Setup" > "Users and Control" > "Users" and select "Add New User." In the pop-up window, enter the user's details such as email, name, and role, and click "Save." The user will receive a confirmation email, and upon clicking the link within it, they will gain access to the application.
What Are Unique Fields?

Unique fields are data fields that serve as identifiers for users. When creating a form, businesses can designate the email and phone number fields as unique to prevent duplicate data from being entered into the system, thereby avoiding confusion or errors.

Can My Employees Refer Candidates?

Certainly, employees can refer candidates to job listings through the referral module. To initiate this process, navigate to "Referrals" and select the "Refer A Candidate" button. Then, either upload a resume, which will automatically populate the fields, or manually input the information. Once all details are entered, click "Submit Referral" and confirm the selection.

What Is Company Profile Validation?

Company validation ensures that the business is the entity posting the listing. To confirm company validation, the application requires businesses to use the business name as the domain name of the website and within the email addresses of employees. To set up these details, navigate to "Setup" > "Company Details".

How Do I Automatically Parse Resumes?

Businesses can streamline the parsing of resumes by utilising the Resume Inbox feature. This feature automatically parses resumes attached to emails that have been sent. To set up this feature, navigate to "Setup" > "Resume Management" > "Resume Inbox". Under "Configured Accounts", businesses can view and manage their inboxes. In the "Duplicate Check" section, choose either "Overwrite" to replace existing candidate data or "Retain" to keep existing data. Next, select a parsing mode: "Lenient", "Moderate", or "Strict". Finally, choose the candidate source and set the status for parsed candidates to complete the setup process.

How Do I Send Mass Emails To Candidates?

Before sending mass emails, ensure that the current plan supports this capability. To begin, navigate to the "Candidates" tab and click the "More Actions" icon to open a menu. Then, select "Mass Email" and choose a template to use; note that email content cannot be edited at this stage. Next, add the email addresses in the "From" and "Reply To" fields. Once all content is finalised, select "Manual Criteria" to ensure only records with email addresses receive the email. Finally, click "Send" to complete the process.

What Reports Can I Create?
The application provides various report types for businesses to utilise. These include department reports for gaining insights into departments, job opening reports for understanding openings, candidate reports offering an overview of candidate and source numbers, and interview reports for insights into candidates before and after interviews.
Can I Bulk Import Resumes?

To import resumes in bulk into the application, first, create a .zip file containing the resumes. Then, navigate to the "Candidates" module and select "Import from Document". Upload the .zip file from the computer, and the resumes will be added to the system.

How Do I Change Candidate Status?

To change the status of a candidate, hover the cursor over the candidate's current status and click on the "Edit" button. Using this button, businesses can adjust the candidate's status as needed. However, note that status changes can only be made in bulk when candidates are associated with an opening.
