Is Zoho One Free?
No, Zoho One is not free. Acquiring a Zoho One license entails the need for licensing every user who utilises Zoho applications. The licensing cost commences at £37/user/month. This investment, while modest, offers access to a wide array of applications that play a pivotal role in business expansion and process enhancement. However, businesses can also pay £80/user/month to get licenses for any amount of users that they would like, not needing to have all employees to have a Zoho license.
What Product Versions Do You Get With Zoho One?

Upon obtaining a license, businesses gain access to a many advantages. These encompass receiving the latest updates for all the applications incorporated within the suite. Additionally, businesses are granted access to premium features within each application, akin to enterprise-level functionalities. However, it's worth noting that there are certain exceptions to this rule. How Do I Delete Users From Zoho One?
Although complete deletion of users from Zoho One is not possible, Zoho offers an alternative with the "deactivate" function. To initiate the deactivation process, navigate to the Zoho One main page, then access the "Admin Panel". This can only be accessed by admin accounts that have the authority to deactivate users. Within the admin panel, head to "Users" and from the list select the ones that need to be deactivated. Once selected, press "Deactivate" in the top corner to deactivate the accounts.
Can I Backup Zoho One Data?
There is currently no method to back up all Zoho One data collectively. The sole approach to create backups of data is by independently backing up the data within each application.
How Many Businesses Can I Have Per Account?
Only one business can utilise an account at a time. Although businesses can assign licenses to their employees within the account, each business can only operate one Zoho One account. The application was not designed for businesses to share accounts, so this functionality is not supported.
How Do I Remove Unused Apps?
While it's not possible to completely remove applications from Zoho One, they can be effectively concealed to prevent them from appearing in the "my apps" panel. This allows businesses to have quick access to the applications they use most frequently. To hide an application, sign in to the Zoho One account and access the homepage. Then click on "Directory" in the left menu and navigate to "Applications". Next, select the application that should be hidden and click on the "..." button. From the menu, select hide and the application will be concealed. To unhide this application, follow the same steps to get to the "Applications" screen and use the filter to locate "Hidden Applications". Find the application that is needed, click on the "..." button and click unhide.

While Those territories also have their own partner schemes, we are well known for providing support to all territories through the Zoho community forums as well as directly via remote assistance.


We have access to the partner platform in both the United States and UK which covers both the .com and .eu data centres. Meaning we can not only manage the account in these territories but also liaise with Zoho offices in those areas. If you are in Australia or New Zealand, if you are using an aged account you will likely be in the .com or American datacentre in which case you can tag us to support you in all territories.
