Salesforce consultants

Salesforce consultants for businesses that need it configured, not just licensed.

Salesforce is the most capable CRM on the market and has the largest app ecosystem and partner network of any platform. It is also the one most often bought at the wrong size. We work with businesses that genuinely need it — and tell the ones that do not.

Where it sits: The enterprise standard

What we do

Salesforce consultancy,
end to end.

🧭

Fit assessment

Before anything is signed: does your sales process actually need what Salesforce does, and do you have the capacity to run it? We will tell you if the honest answer is no.

🚀

Implementation

Objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows and permission sets configured around how your teams work rather than from a template.

🔄

Migration into Salesforce

From any source. We map objects and fields, clean on the way through, migrate history including notes, attachments and activity, and run parallel until you sign off.

🔌

Integration

Connecting Salesforce to accounting, support, marketing and operational systems so data moves automatically rather than through exports.

🩹

Rescue and cleanup

Inherited an org nobody trusts? We audit the configuration and the data quality, then rebuild around the real process.

📊

Reporting and dashboards

Reports and dashboards built around the numbers your leadership actually decides on, not the ones that shipped by default.

An honest assessment

What Salesforce does well,
and where it costs you.

Genuine strengths

Depth no rival matches

Territory management, complex forecasting, multi-currency, multi-entity, CPQ and revenue recognition are all first-class rather than bolted on. For a global sales organisation, nothing else does this as well.

The AppExchange

Whatever the requirement, something on the AppExchange already does it. That breadth is a genuine advantage when your processes are unusual and you would otherwise be commissioning custom work.

Hiring is easy

Salesforce administrators and developers are abundant. If you need to staff an internal team, you will fill the role — which is not true of every platform.

Enterprise governance

Granular permissions, field-level security, audit trails and sandbox environments that satisfy the kind of compliance review a regulated business has to pass.

Worth knowing first

Total cost is rarely the licence cost

Per-seat pricing is only the start. Sandboxes, additional storage, premium support, AppExchange subscriptions and the administrator you will need to employ all sit on top.

It expects an administrator

Salesforce rewards organisations with dedicated in-house capacity. Without one it drifts — fields proliferate, reports stop being trusted, and adoption decays.

Implementation is a project, not a setup

A proper Salesforce rollout is measured in months and costs accordingly. Businesses that budget for a configuration exercise are usually the ones whose projects stall.

It is a CRM, not a suite

Finance, HR, support and marketing are separate purchases or separate products. The integration bill is real and recurring.

If your requirements turn out to sit comfortably inside a mid-market platform, we will say so — and in that case our recommendation is usually Zoho CRM, at materially lower total cost and inside a suite rather than as a standalone CRM.

Migration

Migrating off Salesforce

Roughly as many businesses ask us to move off Salesforce as onto it, almost always on cost rather than capability. If that is the conversation you are having, we will map what you genuinely use against what you are paying for before recommending anything — sometimes the answer is to right-size the Salesforce estate rather than leave it.

Common questions

Salesforce questions,
answered plainly.

Are you a Salesforce partner?

No. We are an independent consultancy that implements and supports Salesforce, and we are Zoho partners — which we state plainly so you can weigh our advice. In practice it means we have no licence revenue riding on recommending Salesforce, so when we do recommend it, it is on the merits.

Should we choose Salesforce or something cheaper?

It depends on complexity and internal capacity rather than company size. If you have multi-region teams, complex forecasting or compliance requirements and someone to administer it, Salesforce earns its cost. If you are buying it because it is the name you know, you will likely pay several times over for capability you never configure.

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?

A focused single-team rollout is typically six to ten weeks. Multi-department with integrations and data migration runs three to six months. Anyone quoting two weeks is describing a licence activation, not an implementation.

Can you take over an existing Salesforce org?

Yes, and it is common. We start with an audit of configuration, data quality and adoption, then give you a prioritised plan rather than a rebuild proposal — most inherited orgs need focused correction, not replacement.

Can you migrate our data out of Salesforce?

Yes. Objects, fields, history, notes, attachments and activity all come across. We run both systems in parallel until you are confident, and nothing is switched off before you say so.
