monday.com consultants
monday.com consultants for teams who already live in the boards.
monday.com is excellent visual work management with a CRM layer on top. If your team already runs delivery there, keeping the pipeline alongside it has real value — context stays in one place. The question is whether your sales process is simple enough to suit it.
Where it sits: Work management first, CRM second
What we do
monday.com consultancy,
end to end.
Fit assessment
Whether your sales process suits a board-based CRM, and where it will hit the ceiling — before you build the whole thing there.
CRM setup
Boards, columns, statuses, automations and permissions configured as a working pipeline rather than a task list with deal names on it.
Migration
Into monday.com from a traditional CRM, or out of it when the sales process has outgrown the format. History comes across either way.
Integration
Connecting monday.com to accounting, email, support and quoting systems so the boards reflect reality without manual updating.
Workflow design
The automations that actually matter — handover from sales to delivery, approvals, escalation — designed around how the work really flows.
Dashboards
Pipeline and delivery views built for the people who need to make decisions from them.
An honest assessment
What monday.com does well,
and where it costs you.
Genuine strengths
One place for sales and delivery
The handover from won deal to delivered project happens in the same tool, which removes the gap where things usually get dropped.
Genuinely fast to configure
Boards, columns and automations can be reshaped by the team itself without a developer, so the system keeps up as the process changes.
Visual by default
Teams that have rejected traditional CRMs often take to monday.com, because it looks like how they already think about work.
Strong automation builder
The no-code automation is capable and approachable, covering a great deal of routine routing and notification without custom work.
Worth knowing first
The CRM is a layer, not a foundation
Lead scoring, forecasting, territory management and quoting are thin or absent compared with a dedicated CRM. Complex sales processes outgrow it.
Finance integration is shallow
Quote-to-invoice and revenue recognition generally mean a separate system and a connector, rather than something native.
Per-seat pricing across the whole business
Because it is a work management tool, seat counts tend to include people who are not in sales, and the bill reflects that.
Reporting depth is limited
Dashboards are good at operational views and weaker at the pipeline analytics a sales director typically wants.
Where the sales process has outgrown a board but you want to keep monday.com for delivery, a dedicated CRM alongside it is usually the answer. Zoho CRM integrates cleanly and handles the forecasting and quoting a board cannot.
Migration
Outgrowing monday.com as a CRM
The usual trigger is forecasting. A board shows you what exists; it does not weight it, age it or tell you what will close. When that becomes the question you need answered, it is worth separating delivery from pipeline rather than stretching the boards further — and keeping monday.com for the delivery side it does well.
Other platforms
We work across every major CRM.
Each platform has its own page, because the right answer depends on how you sell rather than which name you know.
Common questions
monday.com questions,
answered plainly.
Is monday.com a real CRM?
It is a real CRM for straightforward pipelines, and an excellent work management tool generally. It is not a substitute for a dedicated CRM if you need weighted forecasting, territory management, quoting or deep finance integration. The honest test is how complex your sales process is, not how big the company is.
Should we run sales and delivery in the same tool?
If your delivery work is project-shaped and the handover from sales matters, yes — that single context is genuinely valuable and most businesses underrate it. If sales and delivery barely interact, you are paying work management prices for a pipeline.
Can you connect monday.com to our accounting system?
Yes. Quote and invoice flows are the most common request, and they generally need a connector rather than a native integration. We build and maintain those.
Can you move us off monday.com?
Yes, and often the right answer is partial — keep it for delivery, move the pipeline to a dedicated CRM, and connect the two. Full migrations are straightforward where that is genuinely what you want.
Are you a monday.com partner?
No. We implement and support it independently, and we are Zoho partners, which we state so you can weigh our advice. We are not incentivised by which platform you choose.
