Dynamics 365 consultants

Dynamics 365 consultants for organisations already built on Microsoft.

Dynamics 365 makes most sense when the rest of the organisation already runs on Microsoft. Where Teams, SharePoint, Entra and the Power Platform are established, the integration and the licensing position can both work strongly in your favour. Where they are not, the calculation changes considerably.

Where it sits: Deep Microsoft estate integration

What we do

Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy,
end to end.

🧭

Fit and licensing assessment

Whether your Microsoft position genuinely makes Dynamics the right answer, and which modules you actually need rather than which get quoted.

🚀

Implementation

Entities, forms, business process flows, security roles and automation configured around your process, with governance set properly from the start.

🔄

Migration

Into Dynamics from any CRM, with objects, history, notes and attachments mapped and cleaned on the way through.

🔌

Estate integration

Teams, SharePoint, Power BI and the line-of-business systems that sit outside Microsoft, joined up properly.

⚙️

Power Platform

Power Apps and Power Automate used to extend Dynamics where configuration runs out, without resorting to custom development.

📊

Power BI reporting

Reporting built in Power BI over Dynamics data, which is where the platform genuinely outperforms.

An honest assessment

What Microsoft Dynamics 365 does well,
and where it costs you.

Genuine strengths

Native to the Microsoft estate

Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra ID and Power BI connect as part of the platform rather than through connectors, with single sign-on and shared governance.

Power Platform extensibility

Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI give you a genuine development and automation capability that many organisations already have skills in.

Licensing leverage at scale

Organisations with substantial Microsoft agreements can often reach commercial terms that change the comparison entirely.

Enterprise compliance

Data residency, governance and audit capability that satisfy demanding procurement and regulatory review.

Worth knowing first

Complexity close to Salesforce

Implementation effort and cost sit at the enterprise end. This is a programme, not a configuration exercise.

Module licensing is intricate

Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing are separate applications with their own licensing. Working out what you actually need is itself a piece of work.

Weak case without Microsoft

Outside an established Microsoft estate, the main advantage disappears and you are comparing on capability and cost alone — where it is rarely the winner for mid-market businesses.

Specialist skills required

Dynamics administrators and developers are scarcer and more expensive than Salesforce equivalents.

If the Microsoft estate is shallower than the licensing conversation implies, the integration advantage mostly disappears. In that case Zoho CRM delivers comparable CRM capability at a fraction of the implementation cost.

Migration

Moving to or from Dynamics

Both directions are common and both turn on the same question: how much of your organisation genuinely runs on Microsoft. Where the estate is deep, Dynamics is hard to beat. Where it amounts to Office licences and little else, the integration advantage is largely theoretical and the cost is not.

Other platforms

We work across every major CRM.

Each platform has its own page, because the right answer depends on how you sell rather than which name you know.

Common questions

Microsoft Dynamics 365 questions,
answered plainly.

Is Dynamics 365 worth it if we already use Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 alone is not usually enough to justify it. The case strengthens considerably where Teams, SharePoint, Entra and Power Platform are genuinely embedded and governed centrally. If your Microsoft footprint is email and Office, assess it on capability and cost like any other platform.

How does Dynamics compare with Salesforce?

They are genuine peers on capability. The deciding factors are usually your existing estate, your licensing position and which skills you can hire. Salesforce has the larger talent pool and app ecosystem; Dynamics has the integration advantage inside a Microsoft organisation.

Which Dynamics modules do we need?

Most businesses need fewer than they are first quoted. Sales is the core; Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing are separate applications with separate licensing. We assess against your actual processes before anything is agreed.

Can you migrate us off Dynamics?

Yes. Entities, history, notes and attachments come across, and we run both systems in parallel until you sign off.

Are you a Microsoft partner?

No. We implement and support Dynamics independently, and we are Zoho partners — stated plainly so you can weigh the advice. No licence revenue depends on which platform you pick.
