Pipedrive consultants

Pipedrive consultants for teams that want a pipeline, not a platform.

Pipedrive does one thing properly: it shows a sales team what to do next. It is deliberately narrow, and that focus is the reason it gets used when heavier systems get abandoned. Knowing where the edges are matters more here than with any other platform.

Where it sits: Simple pipeline management, done well

What we do

Pipedrive consultancy,
end to end.

🚀

Setup and configuration

Pipelines, stages, activity types, custom fields and automations mapped to how your team actually sells, in days rather than weeks.

🔄

Migration

Into Pipedrive from spreadsheets or a heavier CRM, or out of it when the business has outgrown a pipeline-only tool.

🔌

Integration

Connecting Pipedrive to accounting, quoting, marketing and support — the integrations that make up for what it deliberately does not do.

⚙️

Automation

Removing the manual admin that quietly erodes adoption: follow-up creation, handover, routing and notification.

📊

Reporting

Getting usable numbers out, including pulling Pipedrive data into a reporting layer when its native reports run out.

🧭

When to move on

An honest assessment of whether you are still well served, with no pressure either way.

An honest assessment

What Pipedrive does well,
and where it costs you.

Genuine strengths

Adoption is almost automatic

The activity-based model gives reps a clear next action rather than a form to fill in. Teams that have abandoned two CRMs often stick with this one.

Fast to stand up

A working pipeline in days rather than months, which matters when the alternative is another quarter on spreadsheets.

Honest, predictable pricing

Per-seat, tiered, without contact-volume surprises. You can forecast the bill.

Good enough automation

Workflow automation and email sync cover the routine admin without needing a specialist to configure them.

Worth knowing first

It stops at the pipeline

Marketing, support, finance and project delivery are all separate tools and separate integrations. The stack grows around it.

Limited customisation

Unusual sales processes hit the edges quickly. There is no development platform to extend into when the standard model does not fit.

Reporting is basic

Fine for pipeline and activity, thin for cohort analysis, margin or anything requiring data from outside Pipedrive.

Add-ons stack up

Several capabilities that feel core — including some automation and reporting depth — sit behind higher tiers or paid add-ons.

When the integration stack around Pipedrive has grown to four or five subscriptions, it is worth pricing a connected suite against it. Zoho CRM is usually where that comparison lands for businesses at this stage.

Migration

Outgrowing Pipedrive

The signal is usually a growing collection of connected tools — one for quoting, one for support, one for marketing, one for invoicing — each with its own bill and its own integration to maintain. At that point the question stops being which CRM and starts being whether a connected suite costs less in total than the stack you have assembled.

Other platforms

We work across every major CRM.

Each platform has its own page, because the right answer depends on how you sell rather than which name you know.

Common questions

Pipedrive questions,
answered plainly.

Is Pipedrive too basic for a growing business?

Not inherently. Plenty of profitable businesses run on it for years very happily. It becomes limiting when you need the CRM to do more than manage a pipeline — quoting, support, marketing automation or finance — because each of those is a separate tool and a separate integration.

How quickly can you set up Pipedrive?

A straightforward single-pipeline configuration takes a few days. Multiple pipelines with automations and integrations is typically one to two weeks. It is genuinely one of the quickest platforms to get running properly.

Can you connect Pipedrive to our accounting system?

Yes. Quote-to-invoice is the most common request and generally needs a connector. We build and support those.

When should we move off Pipedrive?

When you are maintaining several integrations to compensate for what it does not do, or when reporting consistently requires exporting to a spreadsheet. Both are signs the tool is being stretched past its design.

Are you a Pipedrive partner?

No. We work with it independently, and we are Zoho partners, which we state so you can judge our advice accordingly.
