No. Zoho Campaigns is an email marketing tool. Zoho Marketing Automation (formerly Marketing Hub) adds multi-channel journeys, lead scoring, web tracking and deeper CRM integration.
Can you migrate our email lists and templates from Mailchimp?
Yes. We migrate subscriber lists, suppression lists and replicate key email templates from Mailchimp or other platforms into Zoho Marketing Automation.
How does contact scoring work?
Scoring rules assign points based on specific behaviours — opening an email, clicking a link, visiting a key page, filling in a form. When a contact reaches a threshold score, they can be automatically assigned to sales in Zoho CRM.
Can Zoho Marketing Automation send SMS as well as email?
Yes. SMS and WhatsApp messaging can be included in automation journeys alongside email, subject to your account setup.
