E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator
The role of E-commerce Marketplace Coordinator is a full-time position and the role entails managing new and existing products in our clients Ecommerce Marketplaces. This can include E-commerce websites we have developed or platforms such as Shopify, Zoho Commerce, Magento and marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. You may have some interaction with Inventory management systems namely Zoho Inventory.
We are a small team so you will work closely with the business owner, web developer, copywriter and will have some correspondence with the businesses clients.
An ambitious and proactive individual who has a willingness to work independently and plays well with others will particularly succeed in our growing business.
The role may entail other supportung functions such as using Adobe Creative Suite to adjust images or create designs or manipulate logos so again a willingness to learn with a creative interest would be particularly useful.
Main Role Duties:
-Product Management of web and ecommerce platforms
-Using Adobe Creative Suite to resize images
-Taking product photo images and video
-Contact point for client queries
-Supporting client marketplace representative
-Liaising with business owner and web developer of any marketplace issues
-Supporting new initiatives and marketing strategies
Required Skills / Ability
-Strong IT skills
-A passion for creative suites or an interest in developing related skills
-Strong willingness and interest in learning new skills and abilities
-Have initiative with a confidence to ask questions when unsure
Desirable (But Not Essential)
-Familiarity with Digital Marketing Services
-Experience using excel
-Experience with eBay & Amazon Marketplaces
-Experience with Shopify, Magento, Zoho Commerce
This is an entry level role where full training will be provided. You will receive on-going coaching and support to develop your skills, including access to books, software and other learning tools to develop.
As part of this role, we will provide a development plan with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to a bonus paid at month three, six & twelve.
Due to the entry level and pay related to this role, it would ideally suit individuals in the age group of 16 - 20 years of age. We are in effect looking for a 'sponge' who can soak up information and guidance and action necessary tasks to support the development of the business.
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
Hourly Rate With Opportunities for Overtime

Minimum 28 days. Additional leave will be authorised based on performance and workload at time of request.
The position is based at the Digital Scientists Unit on Copnor road, PO3 5AB.
Parking is residential in the surrounding area and availability varies (no permit zones in use).
